I feel obliged to say something about the activities dell'IRAPL that in 38 years of work carried out in Manfredonia for young people. The

Today, the Institute promotes and designs courses Professional Training, and the action that takes place, may well be seen as an essential public service, because it aimed at promoting cultural, social and professional integration of young people, and comes with a training course for the unemployed OVER 50 .
The sectors involved in these years have gone top with a Decree of the Ministry of Labour and then with the transfer of responsibilities to the Region of Puglia with resolutions of the Regional Committee, for the agriculture sector, industry, services and trade and finally free remedial classes for young people returned in primary schools.
This is a qualifying political commitment, human and social capital, and the Institute wanted to break a tradition that put young workers in a southern state of inferiority and, therefore, moral and social handicap.
While the school is a key stage in the development of society, the Vocational Training plays a vital role in the redemption and socio-economic growth of southern people and particularly in preparation for the creation of professional sources of work, as well as wants represent the course of "Computer and Professional Development "for the Over 50.
