Photography as a medium in mental health and rehabilitation processes in
I was invited to collaborate at the conference from Dr. Carmine Parrella:
- photography as a medium in mental health and in rehabilitation processes
I showed the work and explained my point of view, as a photographer, on three authors from our Phototherapy group in Lucca:
Qui ho scelto tre autori con visioni molto diverse. Gli esempi che port are part of a book, still complette, the photographs produced by the group in 2007/2008.
William -
... I choose subjects that are going to harmony, warmth, and the search for a reassuring nature in its perfection. For example, the pair of swans, the Baby Jesus.
Often, at second glance, these images become ambiguous - the clown seems happy or sad? The swans are rinfreddoliti majesty or the rain?
His portraits are staged, people he knows and placed in a theatrical context divertente.Il his approach to photography is done lightly. William does not want to disturb. He observes with great attention, but does not seek to interfere with the situation. Sometimes I think that is behind the camera, but also to give him the courage to meet mondo.Infatto is proud of the photo that made front row during the election campaign shows a full-time participation.
Cristian -
... documenting the various aspects of daily life - I see a strong desire to tell the vitality and tenderness through his photographs. The boy in flight with his skate board, or the young actress paused in front of the camera with his cell phone in hand, they are two different ways to "seize the moment" following the philosophy of grande Cartier Bresson.
In altre foto esperimenta tagli e prospettive inusuali.
Maria Grazia –
